The course employs a communicative and fully inclusive approach to language teaching with eight units per level, ensuring that all students are motivated and engaged throughout their learning journey. By integrating language learning with global awareness, life skills development, and inclusive practices, this course prepares students not only for academic success but also for the challenges of the modern world. Over the course of four years, English Goals equips students with the language skills and knowledge necessary to achieve B1 level competencies.

 

  • Communicative Language Teaching: focuses on interactive and practical language use, encouraging students to engage in real-life communication and apply their English skills effectively.
  • CEFR-Aligned Curriculum: guiding students from beginner to intermediate levels (Pre-A1 to B1) with clear, progressive objectives according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).

  • Vocabulary Acquisition: videos and contextual activities are used to support the acquisition and retention of new words, enhancing students’ ability to understand and use English vocabulary in meaningful ways.
  • Flipped Classroom Approach: supports flipped classroom techniques, providing materials and resources for students to engage with content outside of class, thereby maximizing interactive and collaborative learning during classroom time.
  • Mediation Tasks: Aligned with the latest CEFR updates, the course includes mediation tasks in levels 3 and 4 to develop students’ mediation competences, an increasingly important skill in modern language learning.
